The lesson below is complete on its own.

Two decisions in this lesson. Both take 60 seconds each.

Pick your event window

Open Admin → AI Agents → Create Private Sale Event.

Pick a date range. Strong defaults:

  • 2 days — Saturday + Sunday is typical. Higher conversion, less customer fatigue.
  • 3 days — Friday-Sunday for bigger pushes (quarter-end, model-year clearance).
  • 5 days — week-long event. Use only for major occasions (relaunch, anniversary).

Don’t pick “ongoing” or “TBD.” A Private Sale needs a specific deadline to drive urgency.

Pick your contact tier

Four tiers based on how many contacts AI will outreach:

TierContactsBest for
Standard500First-time event, testing the format
Pro1000Established quarterly event
Plus1500Big push (quarter-end, year-end)
Enterprise2000Major event (relaunch, model-year clearance)

The contact count is a HARD CAP. AI works exactly that many. No overage.

Sizing rule of thumb

Never run a Private Sale before? Start with Standard (500). You’ll see the conversion math, then size up next time.

Math for sizing (Standard, 500 contacts):

  • 20–25% engage (10% book directly + 10–15% ask for a call or quote)
  • 10% book → ~50 appointments
  • × 70% show rate ≈ 35 shows
  • × close rate on primed buyers → 7–10 deals

Standard tier typically produces ~$20–34K in gross. Pro and Plus tiers scale roughly proportional with contact count, with better cost-per-event ratios as you go up.

The cost-per-event is fixed, so larger tiers have better ROI once you trust the format.

Save and move on

Save your window + tier. Lesson 2 is where you pick which contacts AI works.
