Hot — your AI handoffs

This is where AI-warmed leads land when they’re handed to you. Each card shows the customer name, vehicle, a one-line AI summary, and a red badge if it’s hot hot.

Open this first thing every shift. Anything with a red badge needs you in the next hour.

Tap a lead → see what AI already discussed → continue in your voice.

Pipeline — your daily action list

Every lead you’re working, sorted by AI-recommended priority. Three buckets:

  • HOT — action today
  • STALE — action this week
  • WATCH — let AI keep working it

If you’ve got 30 leads, the system tells you which 5 deserve your attention right now. Tap the filter at the top to sort by stage, vehicle, or last activity.

Conversations — search for anything

Every conversation, all in one feed. Search bar at the top — type any name or vehicle, results filter live.

Use it when:

  • You forgot a customer’s trade-in details
  • A manager asks “what’s going on with the Smith deal?”
  • You want to scan recent activity at the start of your shift
