Step 1 — Invite your team
Settings → Team → Add User.
Form: name, email, role. Hit Invite. They get an email, click the link, set a password — they’re in.
The five roles:
- GM / Dealer Principal — full visibility, billing, settings
- GSM / Sales Manager — full sales visibility, configure pipelines + AI
- Salesperson — own leads, own pipeline, Sale Team App on mobile
- BDC — same as Salesperson plus BDC queue assignment
- Read-only — owners or partners who want visibility, no edits
Don’t agonize. You can change roles later.
If you have 10+ reps, use the CSV bulk-import button at the top of the team page. Faster.
Step 2 — Flag your champion and signer
Two toggles on each person’s profile.
Champion — the person who runs Diablo day-to-day. Reads the scorecard. Refines the AI. Runs the Monday meeting from Diablo data. Usually the GSM. One per dealership.
Signer — the person on the Diablo contract. Billing + legal contact. Usually the GM.
Champion and signer can be the same person (often are) or different (GM signs, GSM runs it). Either works.
Open the right user’s profile, toggle the flags on, save.
You’re done
Roster invited. Roles assigned. Champion + signer flagged.
Salespeople download the Sale Team App on their phone (covered on the Salesperson track). Managers log in at diablo-ai.com on web.
Mark complete and move on to Configure Speed to Lead — that’s where the AI starts answering leads.
